Pennsylvania GOP lawmakers hold hearing on election, Giuliani, Trump join in

The Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee are set to hold a hearing on allegations of fraud in the 2020 presidential election, in the town of Gettysburg on Wednesday, November 25.

Earlier this week, the campaign of US President Donald Trump announced that the Pennsylvania gathering will be the first of three similar events it has scheduled in coordination with Republican state lawmakers in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan.

Trump's lawyer and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is leading efforts to try to overturn the results of the election, is scheduled to appear at the hearing. It was reported that Trump himself might also attend the event.

Pennsylvania officials on Tuesday certified the state's presidential election results, days after a federal judge overturned a Trump campaign lawsuit that sought to block the move and annul the results of the vote in the state. MANDATORY CREDIT: PA Senate Republican Communications
