Wing tips look like snake heads, a defense mechanism. The colors even mimic venomous snakes and frogs. How did this design 'evolve?' Did it start as a clown face? For designs so intricate, it would take millions of mutations to get it right. Every generation would have to have a noticeable change and we, in our life time, would be able to see the changes.
